Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle depending on the size and destination. Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from order confirmation.
Chaos Botanics ships Australia-wide from Sydney, Australia. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at chaosbotanics@gmail.com.
Shipping fees within Australia are $15 for standard delivery and $25 for express delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
- Express Delivery: 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.
Customers will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. This allows tracking of the order status and Estimated Time of Arrival in real-time.
Please note that there may be exceptions or delays during peak periods such as Christmas.
If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (e.g., change of delivery address or adding another item), please contact us immediately. We can assist only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
