Change of Mind Purchases: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage customers to carefully consider their selections before completing their purchase.
Incorrect Items Received: In the rare event that you receive a different item from the one you purchased, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be re-delivered to you promptly.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify us immediately. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Parcel Tracking: We recommend keeping track of your parcel when returning items to us. Chaos Botanics does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of items during the return process.
